We offer a variety of services which include individual, couples, and family counselling, group counselling, educational presentations, training, workshops, personal growth groups, and individual education.

We assist adults with disabilities (developmental, FASD, and brain injury) to develop skills and relationships that enhance their well-being, independence, and connectivity to the community.

Our certified HCAs provide in-home support to enable seniors, individuals with physical disabilities, and the chronically ill or terminally ill to remain in their homes for as long as possible.

Newcomers to Alberta deserve a warm welcome. We support immigrants and refugees adapt to their new life in Lethbridge, from helping find their first home, to getting kids registered in school.
